Applied Kinesiology
Applied Kinesiology is a form of specific diagnosis for each patient’s particular needs by using muscle testing as a primary feedback mechanism to examine how a person's body is functioning.In general, the applied Kinesiologist finds a muscle that tests weak, then attempts to determine why that muscle is not functioning properly .The practitioner will then evaluate and apply the therapy that will best eliminate the muscle weakness and help the patient. Therapies include specific joint manipulation, various myofascial therapies, cranial techniques, acupuncture meridian therapy, clinical nutrition, dietary management and various reflex procedures. In some cases, the examiner may test for environmental and food sensitivities by using a previously strong muscle and find what weakens it.

Dr. Jamie L. Brenon- Originally from the city of Tonawanda, NY, Dr. Brenon is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis and had returned to the City of Tonawanda to open her practice and has recently open up a second practice located in A New Dawn Day Spa & Wellness Center, Inc. located in Clarence NY. She completed her formal chiropractic studies in the year 2000, but continues to educate herself by attending various seminars each year on various topics to stay current on the latest research and to expand her skills. Her experience includes over 300 hours of training in Applied Kinesiology, and other various techniques such as Thompson Drop Technique, Nutritional Counseling, Activator Technique, Diversified, Soft Tissue Technique, Cranial Sacral Technique, Acupuncture Reflex Technique, Food Sensitivity Screening, and Detoxification and Purification Programs
